screw-in sensors
Screw-in resistance sensors are ideal for surface measuring. They are screwed directly into the component and are available with various thread sizes. This massive sensor design is mostly used at injection moulding machines. The thread nipple is kept on place with a lock ring on the sensor tip. The passage from sensor to compensating wire is conical strain relieved. An Ø 8 x 65 mm spring is used as anti-kink protection. Standard leads are galvanized copper wires with PFA- and fiberglass insulation covered by fiberglass and steel metal braid.
Please find following our standard leads for PWF 57 Resistance Sensors listed. Others are available on request.
