APPLICATIONS

Insertion resistance sensors with bayonet cap are mainly used in moulds and tools of the polymer processing industry. The angular head with 7.5 mm height is especially flat. The total length of the sensor is: fitting depth + 36 mm (stopping ring, spring and bayonet cap) + 7.5 mm angular head. This design is available from Ø 3.5 up to Ø 6 mm and with fitting length of 500 mm. Standard leads are galvanized copper strand, with fiberglass meshing and stainless steel metal braid.
