Surface Mounting/Tool Resistance Sensors
Surface mounting/tool resistance sensors are for measuring round or plane surfaces. A flat Ø 6 x 2.5 mm deep blind hole is drilled in the 8 mm wide brass ring, into which the protective tube Ø 6 x 37 mm is soldered. The transition from the pipe to the compensating line is conically relieved. A 60 mm long special glass silk hose with heat-resistant coating up to 400 ° C is used as kink protection. The sensor can be screwed with a z. B. M6 x 15 mm. The standard version is manufactured with a connection line consisting of nickel-plated copper wire. The single cores have PFA and glass silk insulation and are braided together with glass silk and stainless steel wires.
