Surface Mounting/Tool Sensors
Surface mounting/tool sensors are for measuring round or plane surfaces. The Ø 4.5 x 15 mm thermocouple will be brazed into a drilled Ø 4.5 x 2.5 mm deep stud borehole at 6 mm wide brass ring. The passage of compensating wire and protection tube conical strain relieved. As anti-kink protections a 60 mm long special-fiberglass hose with 400 °C heat resistant varnish will be used. The sensor can be fastened with a M4 x 15 mm screw.
